Eye level · Midjourney
photorealistic cinematic film still, contemporary city drama. A tall woman in her forties with short silver hair, in a long charcoal wool coat, walks straight toward camera down the middle of an empty city street between tall concrete office buildings, her face toward the lens, mid-stride, chin level, hands at her sides. Overcast morning, soft even light, wet asphalt, the buildings rising on both sides into a pale gray sky. Camera at eye level in the middle of the street, shot on a 24mm lens at f/8, deep focus, naturalist available light, restrained contrast, Kodak Vision3 250D color, fine film grain. The image fills the entire frame edge to edge, no borders or bars. --ar 9:16 --raw --stylize 100 --v 8.2 --relax --no painting, illustration, letterbox, black bars, borders, matte, split screen, diptych, triptych, collage, grid, text

Why it works

These two prompts are the same except for two words. The first puts the camera at eye level and the second puts it at knee height.

The prompt says eye level. Her face sits level with the camera. She looks like anyone else walking down the street.

Change it to knee height. Same prompt. Now the camera looks up at her, her head sits high in the frame against the sky, and the buildings lean in behind her.

Only two words changed. A low camera looks up at her, so she looks bigger and stronger. Put the camera low when you want the audience to look up to someone.

Before you run it

Say where the camera is, in plain words. Camera at knee height gives Midjourney a height it can place. A wide lens, here 24mm, makes the low angle stronger because the buildings lean in more.

Use the same settings. Both were made with --raw --stylize 100 --v 8.2.

To make it yours, keep the camera height and change the rest. Swap the woman and the street for your own subject and place.
